“Thank you for your assistance. I truly appreciate the timeliness of your assistance. I received a call from the VA the next day, and this is now moving along. We are so grateful!”

Joanne of Clark described receiving assistance with a delayed passport.

“The staff was very helpful. Team Kean was amazing and very understanding of my situation with a delayed passport. I cannot express my level of gratitude, everyone was very courteous and responsive. Thank you for all you do for the residents of New Jersey.”

Ryan of Clinton said the office responded quickly after he submitted a request for assistance.

“I waited to request assistance for too long. I dreaded what a pain it was going to be. I was so wrong, I received the first message from the office shortly after sending the request, they were extremely fast and effective.”

Carolee of Mendham said Kean’s office helped resolve a Medicare reimbursement issue that had remained unresolved for more than a year.

“Congressman Kean’s office jumped right on it and the federal agency [Medicare] was then induced to process a reimbursement which I had not been able to achieve in over a year of letter writing. Thank you so much.”

Agnes of Whitehouse Station said she received assistance with an issue involving the U.S. Postal Service.

“When I called for a problem I had with the post office, I was amazed at how fast I was helped. A representative came to my house as I wasn’t able to get to the office. A day later I received a phone call and action was taken to the post office. Very thankful to know that there is help from Congressman Kean and that he has committed people working for him.”
