Hunterdon County man charged with DUI following crash

FLEMINGTON BOROUGH, NJ (Hunterdon County) – A Hunterdon County man was charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol following a crash last month in Flemington Borough.

On October 11, police responded to the area of Park Avenue and Bonnell Street for a report of a motor vehicle accident, police said.

Upon arrival, officers made contact with the driver of the vehicle, who was identified as Ronaldo R. Lopez, 23, of Flemington, and was allegedly operating his vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, police said.

Lopez was arrested and charged with DUI, reckless driving, driving without a license, failure to maintain lane, and open container in a motor vehicle. He was later released to a responsible person pending a court appearance, police said.
