Auction set for 186-acre preserved farm along Musconetcong River in Warren County

POHATCONG TOWNSHIP, N.J. (Warren County) — A 186.87-acre preserved farm along the Musconetcong River in Pohatcong Township will be sold at a live auction Oct. 8, with simultaneous online bidding available, Max Spann Real Estate & Auction Co. announced.

The property, located at 373 County Road 627 (Riegelsville Warren Glen Road), features 3,900 feet of river frontage, fertile soil, open meadows, and wooded buffers. It includes a former dairy barn with machinery garage, several barns for equipment or livestock, and a country farmhouse that can continue as a rental or be converted into a residence.
