Bicyclist airlifted after collision with garbage can in Warren County
LIBERTY TOWNSHIP, NJ (Warren County) – A bicyclist was airlifted to the hospital after colliding with a garbage can in Warren County on Monday afternoon, according to New Jersey State Police spokesperson Sergeant Jeffrey Lebron.
On Oct. 14, at around 1:30 p.m., troopers responded to a medical assist for a 24-year-old male traveling by bicycle on Hope Road in Liberty Township when he collided with the garbage can, Lebron said.
The bicyclist sustained moderate injuries and was airlifted to a nearby hospital, Lebron said.
The incident remains under investigation, and no additional information is available at this time, Lebron added.
