Bicyclist injured after being struck by vehicle in Warren County, state police say

WHITE TOWNSHIP, N.J. (Warren County) — A bicyclist was injured after being struck by a vehicle Thursday evening in Warren County, according to the New Jersey State Police.

State Police spokesman Trooper II Christopher Postorino said troopers responded around 6:38 p.m. to a report of a pedestrian struck at the intersection of Belvidere Road (County Route 620) and County Route 519 in White Township.

Based on a preliminary investigation, the collision involved a Chevrolet passenger vehicle and a pedestrian riding a bicycle, Postorino said.

The bicyclist sustained non-life-threatening injuries and was transported to a nearby hospital for treatment. No other injuries were reported.

The crash remains under investigation, and no additional information was available, Postorino said.
