Book a Librarian for one-on-one tech help

SUSSEX COUNTY, NJ – The Sussex County Library System (SCLS) is excited to announce its Book a Librarian program, now available at all six branches.

Need help with your device? Having trouble sending emails? Want to learn how to use a computer? Your SCLS librarian is here to help! Request a 30-minute, one-on-one appointment by filling out a registration form at your local branch or by completing the online registration form at SussexCountyLibrary.org/book-a-librarian.

A librarian will contact you to schedule a specific time to work with you on the skills you need, whether it’s basic computer skills, navigating your cell phone, or using email and social media.

“Our expanded Book a Librarian program is another way SCLS is addressing the digital divide in Sussex County. By offering services at more times and locations, we’re making it easier for community members to get the technology assistance they need,” said Will Porter, SCLS Library Director. “Technology is not simple for everyone, especially for older adults. The library is here to help.”

Visit SussexCountyLibrary.org/Book-a-Librarian or call 973-948-3660, ext. 3418 to request an appointment. All programs and events are free of charge and open to the public.
