MORRISTOWN, NJ (Morris County) — Vibrant pastel landscapes created by County College of Morris (CCM) visual arts students are now on display at the district office of Assemblywoman Aura Dunn in Morristown.
The free exhibit, titled The Landscape in Pastel, highlights the natural beauty of Morris County and features student artwork from CCM’s Drawing II course taught by Professor Todd L.W. Doney in the Department of Arts & Humanities.
“It is a true privilege to showcase the incredible talent of County College of Morris students,” said Assemblywoman Dunn. “Their pastel work reflects the immense talent and artistic spirit that thrives right here in Morris County. I am proud to support the arts and celebrate the next generation of New Jersey artists.”
Student artists featured in the exhibition include:
- Madyson Adonis of Landing (Shore Hills Country Club)
- Lauren Clark of Rockaway (Sunset)
- Ava Hansen of West Milford (A Nice Day to Ride)
- Mary Keane of Florham Park (Lily Pads)
- Ben Pami of Port Murray (Autumn Walk)
- Janton Spagna of Jefferson (Wintry Lake)
“Assemblywoman Dunn is providing our students with the opportunity to showcase and sell their creations, while the community benefits from experiencing exceptional craftsmanship,” said Doney.
This marks the ninth CCM student art exhibit hosted by Dunn. The exhibit is located in Courthouse Plaza at 60 Washington Street, Suite 303, Morristown. It is open to the public Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., excluding holidays, and will run through November 2025.
