Former Warren County school, Hunterdon County municipal building among sites in November multi-parcel auction

NEW JERSEY – Max Spann Real Estate & Auction Co. has announced a multi-parcel auction scheduled for November 3–6, 2025, featuring a collection of redevelopment, institutional, and commercial properties across New Jersey. The online auction presents opportunities for investors and developers to acquire prime real estate with redevelopment potential.

Among the featured listings is the Former Third Street Elementary School in Belvidere, Warren County. The 1.12-acre site, located at the corner of Greenwich and Third streets, includes an 11,616-square-foot building with public utilities and is ready for conversion. Property previews will be held from noon to 2 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 16, and Thursday, Oct. 23.

Another property up for auction is the Former Municipal Building at 202 Sidney Road in Franklin Township, Hunterdon County. The 1.92-acre site offers potential for residential conversion and is located in the Pittstown section of the township, known for its rural charm, strong schools, and proximity to Routes 31 and I-78. Property previews will also be held from noon to 2 p.m. on Oct. 16 and Oct. 23.

In Ogdensburg, Sussex County, two parcels will be auctioned separately: a 10.4-acre light industrial commercial lot at 76 Kennedy Avenue and a 27.6-acre residential lot at Marianne Estates (GPS use 53 Richardsville Road). Both sites offer potential for development in the Skylands region, known for its scenic landscapes, parks, and family-friendly amenities.
