Hackettstown Street Fair to prompt road closures, parking restrictions on July 20

HACKETTSTOWN, N.J. (Warren County) — Road closures and parking restrictions will be in place this Sunday, July 20, 2025, for the Hackettstown Street Fair, which is scheduled to run from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

To accommodate the event, Route 46 (Main Street) will be closed to traffic between Route 517 (High Street) and East Plane Street from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Officials said personnel will be positioned at both ends of the closure to assist with traffic.

In addition, no parking will be allowed on both sides of the following streets:

  • Route 46 (Main Street) from Route 517 (High Street) to West Plane Street
  • West Moore Street from Washington Street to Route 46 (Main Street) — roadway also closed
  • East Moore Street from Sharp Street to Route 46 (Main Street) — roadway also closed

Authorities stated that vehicles parked in violation of these restrictions will be ticketed and towed.

Motorists are encouraged to use alternate routes and plan for additional travel time during the event. In the event of inclement weather, the rain date for the street fair is Sunday, July 27.
