Hackettstown’s Marley’s Gotham Grill hits 400 wing flavors, unveils bold new menu — plus, Chef Bruno drops new memoir
HACKETTSTOWN, NJ (Warren County) — Marley’s Gotham Grill, a longtime favorite in Hackettstown, is turning up the heat with an impressive milestone: the restaurant now offers 400 different chicken wing flavors.
Known for pushing culinary boundaries, Marley’s has been serving up flavor-packed wings and inventive dishes since 2009. Under the direction of Chef Bruno Pascale, the eatery earned acclaim from The Star-Ledger’s Munchmobile for its “big, moist, cooked just right” wings and remains a must-visit for wing lovers across New Jersey.
Some new standout wing flavors include Peanut Butter Nutella, It’s a Jungle (a bold combo of lemon pepper, Old Bay, Kick’in Chicken, and parmesan), Sweet Chili BBQ, and My Cinnamon Sweetie — a cinnamon swirl wing drizzled with icing that tastes like a cinnamon bun. Chef Pascale’s journey and the story behind Marley’s unique rise is now chronicled in his new memoir, The King of Wings: An Italian-American Chef’s Journey to Culinary Fame. Subtitled A Memoir of Flavor, Hustle, and 400 Wings That Changed Everything, the book takes readers from his early days in a small-town kitchen to building one of the most talked-about wing destinations in the country. The memoir features behind-the-scenes stories, personal lessons, and even best-selling wing recipes from Marley’s for fans to try at home. Get the new memoir on Amazon, Barnes & Noble, or wherever books are sold.
The newly updated menu doesn’t stop at wings. Guests can try The Gotham burger — topped with American cheese, diced onion, mayo, ketchup, and mustard on a brioche bun — or the Jalapeño Onion Smash Burger, featuring caramelized onions, jalapeños, and Marley’s special sauce. Lighter options include the Orange Pecan Salad, made with mixed greens, feta, quinoa, candied pecans, grapes, and mandarin oranges in an orange juice dressing.
With its ever-expanding flavor list, full-service bar, and commitment to culinary innovation, Marley’s continues to offer a one-of-a-kind dining experience in the heart of Hackettstown.
Marley’s has expanded beyond its Hackettstown home (169 Main Street) with a second location, Marley’s Jr., at 746 Route 57 in Port Murray. The brand also includes two food trucks — Marley’s Wings and Things and Cravin’ Cuban — extending the Marley’s Gotham Grill theme of inventive, delicious offerings on the road.
