Lane restrictions set Tuesday on Delaware Water Gap Toll Bridge for maintenance

The Delaware Water Gap (I-80) Toll Bridge will be reduced to single travel lanes in each direction Tuesday, Sept. 16, for scheduled maintenance work, officials said.

The restrictions will be in place from 8 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. as crews clean stormwater drains and repair bridge lights, according to the Delaware River Joint Toll Bridge Commission.

Motorists are advised to reduce speeds, use caution, and plan for possible delays.

If inclement weather prevents the work from taking place Tuesday, the rain date is Wednesday, Sept. 17.
