Remedy: Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled planter boxes and contact Outdoor Essentials for a full refund. Consumers can receive a refund in the form of a gift card or store credit. A consumer will receive the amount on the purchase receipt, or they will receive $275 for the model if no receipt is provided. Consumers will be asked to mark the recalled planter box with the word “Recalled” with permanent marker and upload a photo of it to www.outdooressentialproducts.com/recall. Consumers should then dispose of the recalled product.

Consumers should continue using the recalled alarms until they install the replacement alarms. Hazard: The parking brake on the recalled strollers can disengage, posing an injury hazard.

Hazard: The crank can break, due to fatigue fractures, causing the rider to lose control, posing fall and crash hazards.
Remedy: Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled bicycles and contact woom bikes USA for instructions on how to get a free replacement crankset. Consumers can use the online crank checker tool found at woom.com to determine if their bicycle is affected by the recall. Consumers with affected cranksets will be sent a free replacement that must be installed by a bike repair technician at their preferred bike shop. Reimbursement in the way of a check will be issued for the consumer’s crank replacement expense upon submission of the repair receipt. All known purchasers are being contacted directly by woom.

Petidoux Recalls Children’s Pajamas Due to Burn Hazard; Violation of Federal Flammability Regulations for Children’s Sleepwear
Hazard: The recalled children’s pajamas violate the flammability regulations for children’s sleepwear, posing a risk of burn injuries to children.

Medical King Recalls About 222,000 Adult Portable Bed Rails Due to Serious Entrapment and Asphyxia Hazards; One Death Reported
Hazard: When the recalled bed rails are attached to an adult’s bed, users can become entrapped within the bed rail or between the bed rail and the side of the mattress. This poses a serious entrapment hazard and risk of death by asphyxiation.
