Man accused of inappropriately touching woman in Morris County

DENVILLE TOWNSHIP, NJ (Morris County) – A Morris County man has been charged with allegedly inappropriately touching a woman in Denville Township.

Eric J. Schwartz, 37, of Denville, was arrested and charged on January 30 with harassment (offensive touching) in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred in December 2024, according to police.

The investigation began after the complainant came to police headquarters and reported that Schwartz had inappropriately touched her, police said.

No further information has been released.

Schwartz was released pending a court appearance.
