Man charged with DUI, multiple offenses after Morris County crash

DENVILLE TOWNSHIP, N.J. (Morris County) — A Morristown man was arrested and charged with driving under the influence following a motor vehicle crash on East Main Street near Estling Lake Road in Denville Township, according to police.

Police said Manuel N. Callechimborazo, 41, was identified as one of the drivers involved in the collision. While speaking with officers, Callechimborazo allegedly displayed multiple signs of impairment and was subsequently arrested.

Callechimborazo is facing several charges, including driving under the influence of liquor or drugs, refusal to submit to chemical testing, failure to consent to breath samples, reckless driving, careless driving, careless driving with property damage, and following too closely. He was released pending a future court date.
