M&M’S brings back Flavor Vote with new bakery-inspired collection

M&M’S is reviving its Flavor Vote competition for the first time in seven years, inviting fans to choose a favorite from three new limited-edition, bakery-inspired flavors.

The candy brand, part of Mars Inc., announced the return of the interactive campaign alongside the launch of its M&M’S Bakery Collection, which features Peanut Butter Cinnamon Roll, Cherry Chocolate Cupcake and Lemon Meringue Pie varieties.

The Peanut Butter Cinnamon Roll flavor combines cinnamon roll notes with creamy peanut butter. Cherry Chocolate Cupcake blends chocolate cake flavors with a hint of tart cherry, while Lemon Meringue Pie pairs citrus flavor with white chocolate and a crispy center.

“The M&M’S bakery collection was inspired by some of the most popular dessert flavor combinations, so we’re really excited to see which variant reigns supreme with our fans,” said Martin Terwilliger, VP of Marketing, Mars Snacking North America. “At Mars, we are consumer obsessed, so bringing back Flavor Vote felt like a fun way to connect with M&M’S fans and give them a chance to weigh in on which flavor they enjoyed the most.”

All three flavors are available nationwide in single packs, share size and stand-up pouch packaging. Consumers can cast votes at MMS.com/vote through May 15. The winning flavor will be announced in late May and will return for a limited time this fall.

The company is also promoting the campaign on social media, including on M&M’S Instagram page.
