Morris County man accused of shoving handgun into victim’s mouth

DENVILLE TOWNSHIP, NJ (Morris County) – A Morris County man is accused of shoving a handgun into a victim’s mouth in Denville Township earlier this month, according to police,

On Feb. 9, at 3:14 a.m., police received a complaint that an individual was threatened with a handgun, authorities said,

The victim claimed that several threats were made by an unknown individual while the same person pointed a handgun at the victim and then shoved the handgun into the victim’s mouth, police said.

After an investigation, it was later determined that the victim was working in the Farmstead area of the township when Tomi Prvulovic, 58, of Denville Township allegedly pointed a handgun at the victim and shoved it into the victim’s mouth, police said.

Prulovic was arrested and charged with possession of a weapon for unlawful purpose, simple assault, threats to kill, and aggravated assault with a firearm, police said.

He was then lodged in the Morris County Jail, police said.
