Mosquito spraying set for Friday night in Lincoln Park Borough

LINCOLN PARK BOROUGH, NJ (Morris County) – The Morris County Mosquito Commission has announced that it will be using a truck mounted sprayer to treat streets in Lincoln Park Borough on Friday night.

The mosquito spraying will go on from 8:00 p.m. – 12:00 a.m. on Friday, Sept. 20, the commission said.

The following streets are scheduled to be treated:

  • Lincoln Park Borough: Riveredge Rd, Maple St, Poplar St, Birch St, Oak St, Hosier Rd, Sycamore Ave, Linden Ave, Cypress Ave, Spruce Ave, Hemlock Ave, Willow Ave, South Valley Rd, Kirschner Ave, Valley Rd, Lori Lane, Caroline Terr, Steele Ave, Pinebrook Rd, Warwick Rd, Ryerson Rd, Comly Rd, Briar Ln, Dehart St, Bridge St, Harmon St, Grove St, Busse St, Brook St, Park Ave, William St, Lanes field, Cardinal Lane, Madison St, Patania Ct, and Tulane Ln.

The commission will be using Anvil 2+2, active ingredient Sumithrin, EPA#1021-1687-8329 or Zenivex E4, active ingredient Etofenprox, EPA#2724-807, Pesticide Applicator License Number 20262B.
