Mosquito spraying set for Monday night in 2 Morris County towns
MORRIS COUNTY, N.J. – The Morris County Mosquito Commission has announced that it will be using a truck mounted sprayer to treat streets in Montville Township, and Rockway on Monday night.
Spraying is scheduled to take place from 9 p.m. to 12 a.m. Monday, June 30, weather permitting, the commission said.
The following areas are scheduled to be treated:
- Montville Township: Underwood Rd, Montgomery Ave, York St, Westminster Dr, Lee Ct, Valley View Dr, Fawn Dr, Sunset Ct, Peachtree Dr, Deer Hill Dr, Horseneck Rd, Coppola Ct, Stephen Dr. Jotham Rd, Craig Ct, Crest Terr, White Oak Lane, Tara Ln, Green Ridge Dr, Eberhardt Ct, Sunrise Way, Foremost Mountain Rd, Pine Brook Rd, Cole Ave, and Clay Dr.
- Rockaway: Cayuga Ave, Apache Trail, Jackson Ave, Algonquin Ave, North Brookside Dr, South Brookside Dr, W Lake Shore Dr, Delaware Ave, Miami Trail
The commission will be using Anvil 2+2, active ingredient Sumithrin, EPA#1021-1687-8329 or Zenivex E4, active ingredient Etofenprox, EPA#2724-807. Pesticide Applicator License Number 20262B.
