MORRIS COUNTY, N.J. — Mosquito control treatments are scheduled early Tuesday morning in parts of East Hanover and Florham Park following an increase in adult mosquito populations, according to the Morris County Division of Mosquito Control.
Weather permitting, crews will treat wooded areas between 4 and 6 a.m. Aug. 18 using all-terrain vehicles.
In East Hanover, treatment is scheduled along Hanover Road in the area of Hanover Cemetery. In Florham Park, treatment is scheduled along Vreeland Road.
The county said crews will use either Anvil 2+2, which contains the active ingredient sumithrin, or Zenivex E4, which contains the active ingredient etofenprox.
