One last ride: Land of Make Believe enters final days of 2026 season
HOPE TOWNSHIP, N.J. (Warren County) — Summer may be winding down, but families still have time for one last ride at Land of Make Believe, 354 Great Meadows Road in Hope Township, before the Warren County amusement park closes out its 2026 season.
Land of Make Believe will remain open every day through Labor Day, Monday, Sept. 7, before returning for one final weekend Saturday, Sept. 12, and Sunday, Sept. 13.
The amusement and water park is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Land of Make Believe, which has been located in Hope Township since 1954, promotes itself as the “World’s Greatest” amusement and water park, the best amusement park in New Jersey and one of the most iconic amusement parks in America.
The family-oriented park promotes short lines, affordable prices and a wholesome atmosphere. It also offers unlimited rides, free parking, free picnicking and its water park.
Visitors still have time to enjoy the park’s rides, water attractions and other family activities before the season comes to an end.
The park’s final stretch of daily operations runs through Sept. 7, followed by its final weekend Sept. 12-13. Tickets for the 2026 season expire after Sept. 13.
