Passaic County man wins $100,000 jackpot at Atlantic City casino

ATLANTIC CITY, N.J. (Atlantic County) — A Wayne Township man won a $100,000 jackpot at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City after hitting a royal flush while playing a video poker machine, casino officials said.

The player, who chose to remain anonymous, placed a $125 bet on a Double Double Bonus Poker Game King machine when he landed the winning hand — a royal flush in hearts — securing the six-figure payout.

Casino officials said the win occurred recently on the gaming floor at the Boardwalk resort.

Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City features thousands of slot machines and more than 100 table games, along with dining, entertainment and retail offerings.

The casino is located on the Atlantic City Boardwalk and spans 17 acres, offering a range of gaming and entertainment options for visitors.
