Phillipsburg police release video, seek public’s help identifying two individuals in theft investigation

PHILLIPSBURG, N.J. (Warren County) — Phillipsburg police are asking for the public’s help identifying two individuals connected to a theft investigation that began early Wednesday, Nov. 12, on the first block of Heckman Street.

“We are currently conducting a theft investigation that occurred on Wednesday, November 12, 2025, at approximately 06:50 AM on the 1st block of Heckman Street,” the department said in a notice.

If anyone has any information on the two individuals shown, please contact the Phillipsburg Police Department at 908-835-2002 or email Patrolman Connaughton at mconnaughton@pburg.org.

Police are also asking residents in the area — including the first block of Heckman Street, Stockton Street and Silk Avenue — to review any home surveillance cameras that may have captured additional footage.

“If any residents on this block or in the area (1st block of Heckman Street, Stockton Street, Silk Ave) have any available surveillance video showing these two individuals, you can also email to Patrolman Connaughton,” officials said.
