Phillipsburg Police seek missing man last seen at Secaucus Train Station

PHILLIPSBURG, N.J. (Warren County) — The Phillipsburg Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating Sachin Chaudhary, 48, of Phillipsburg, who was reported missing after being last seen on October 23, 2025, at the Secaucus Train Station.

According to police, Chaudhary was assisted by NJ Transit Police in purchasing a train ticket to Hoboken, N.J., before disappearing. Authorities said he recently experienced a mental health crisis and was hospitalized for bipolar disorder and psychosis. He is not currently taking his prescribed medication and may be in a manic or confused state.

Chaudhary is originally from Bayonne, N.J., and may attempt to return to the Phillipsburg area, where he frequently visits family and friends. Police said he is considered a potential danger to himself.

Anyone with information on Chaudhary’s whereabouts is urged to contact the Phillipsburg Police Department at 908-835-2002.
