WalletHub: New Jersey ranks 3rd among the states with the most credit cards

NEW JERSEY – New Jersey ranks 3rd among the states with the most credit cards, according to a WalletHub study.

With many people considering whether to open a new credit card for more spending power during the holiday season, the personal-finance website WalletHub Wednesday released its new report on the States With the Most Credit Cards, to identify where people may be at risk of overspending or missing payments.

  • Average Credit Cards Owned in Q3 2024: 6.06
