Warren County early voting begins Oct. 25; paper ballot voting set for Nov. 2

BELVIDERE, N.J. (Warren County) — The Warren County Clerk’s Office will open on Saturday, Nov. 2, 2025, for early voting on paper ballot only from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., officials announced. No appointment is needed. The Clerk’s Office is located at 413 Second St., Belvidere.

Early voting on machines begins Saturday, Oct. 25, and continues through Sunday, Nov. 2, 2025. Hours are Monday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Early voting is only available at the locations listed below. Regular polling places will not be open during early voting.

The three early voting locations in Warren County are:

  • Blairstown Municipal Building, 106 Route 94, Blairstown
  • Warren County Library – Northeast Branch, 40 U.S. Highway 46 West, Independence
  • Warren County Library – Southwest Branch, 404 Route 519, Stewartsville
