Warren County Health Department seeks input on community health

WARREN COUNTY, NJ – The Warren County Health Department is conducting a Community Health Survey.

This is an opportunity for you to say what you think about the health and wellness services available in our county.

The information collected in this survey is completely anonymous and will allow the county’s community organizations to better understand the needs in our community.

What they hear from you will be used to understand and improve health for everyone in Warren County. Tell the health department about the issues you feel are most important in our community.

You must be 18-years-old or older and live in Warren County to complete this survey. Your participation is voluntary and answers are not linked to you in any way. The results will be shared with the public within the next year.

Jay Edwards

Born and raised in Northwest NJ, Jay has a degree in Communications and has had a life-long interest in local radio and various styles of music. Jay has held numerous jobs over the years such as stunt car driver, bartender, voice-over artist, traffic reporter (award winning), NY Yankee maintenance crewmember and peanut farm worker. His hobbies include mountain climbing, snowmobiling, cooking, performing stand-up comedy and he is an avid squirrel watcher. Jay has been a guest on America’s Morning Headquarters,program on The Weather Channel, and was interviewed by Sam Champion.
