Warren County library branches open as cooling centers

WARREN COUNTY, N.J. – The four branches of the Warren County Library are available as cooling centers during this week’s heat wave.

The four locations are:

  • Richard D. Gardner Branch (Headquarters), 2 Shotwell Drive, Belvidere (White Township)
  • Catherine Dickson Hofman Branch, 4 Lambert Road, Blairstown Township
  • Southwest Branch, 404 Route 519, Phillipsburg (Stewartsville, Greenwich Township)
  • Northeast Branch, 40 U.S. Hwy 46, Hackettstown (Independence Township)

Hours for all four branches are Monday – Thursday, 9 a.m. – 8 p.m.; Friday 9 a.m. – 6 p.m.; and Saturday 9 a.m. – 4 p.m.

Information on additional municipal cooling centers can be found on the Warren County Department of Public Safety website under Emergency Management.
