Warren County man wanted in Pennsylvania shooting taken into custody

BETHLEHEM TOWNSHIP, Pa. (Northampton County) — A Warren County man wanted in connection with a double shooting in Bethlehem earlier this month has been taken into custody, police said.

The Bethlehem Police Department confirmed that Ashton Thomas, of Stewartsville, was arrested on charges including attempted criminal homicide and related offenses. He is being held without bail at Northampton County Prison.

Police said they were dispatched to 312 East 3rd Street in the early hours of Aug. 8 for a report of shots fired. An investigation revealed that one suspect had fired multiple rounds inside the establishment, striking two victims, who sustained multiple gunshot wounds.
