Warren County Toastmasters Club invites public to build speaking and leadership skills

HACKETTSTOWN, N.J. (Warren County) – The Warren County Toastmasters Club is inviting individuals from all backgrounds to develop their communication and leadership abilities in a supportive environment at twice-monthly meetings held at the Hackettstown Senior Center.

The club meets on the first and third Thursdays of each month at 293 Main St., offering attendees the opportunity to build public speaking confidence, practice leadership techniques, and connect with like-minded professionals.

Toastmasters meetings follow a structured yet informal format that includes prepared speeches, impromptu speaking exercises, and constructive feedback sessions. The program is designed for individuals seeking to overcome stage fright, improve storytelling, or sharpen presentation skills in the workplace.

“We believe that effective communication is a cornerstone of success in both personal and professional life,” said Gene Mikulka, vice president of public relations for the club. “Our club provides a welcoming space where members can learn, practice, and progress at their own pace.”

Guests are welcome to attend meetings free of charge to experience the Toastmasters format firsthand.
