116th New Jersey State Police Trooper Youth Week class graduates

SEA GIRT BOROUGH, NJ (Monmouth County) – New Jersey State Police Superintendent Colonel Patrick Callahan was joined by the Department of Criminal Justice Director J. Stephen Ferketic, and State Police command staff Friday morning for the 116th Trooper Youth Week Graduation ceremony at the New Jersey State Police Academy in Sea Girt.

Colonel Patrick Callahan addressed the class and talked about the importance of the lessons they learned all week and being part of change to bring people together. He also spoke about their decisions, words and actions, they make today, will have an impact on their futures.

It was a challenging week at the academy for the young men and women, but it was well worth it as they created a bond as 116th Trooper Youth Week Class graduates.

“Congratulations to the 116th Trooper Youth Week Class,” state police said.
