Morris County Crime Stoppers offering reward for info on man who took sign from Morristown business
MORRISTOWN, NJ (Morris County) — Authorities are seeking the public’s help in identifying a suspect who is accused of taking a sign from a Morristown business.
The incident occurred on Nov. 2 at around 12:25 a.m., when an unidentified White male was seen on surveillance video removing a sign from a business at 45 South Street, authorities said.
The suspect, described as wearing a dark shirt with a “Batman” logo, a dark baseball cap, blue jeans, and dark boots with white soles, was seen walking away from the business with the sign in hand. After taking the sign, the man proceeded down South Street toward Community Place, appearing to stumble as he walked, authorities said.
