Marley’s Gotham Grill distributes around 100 free Thanksgiving meals in Hackettstown

HACKETTSTOWN, N.J. (Warren County) — Around 100 free Thanksgiving meals were handed out Wednesday as Marley’s Gotham Grill continued its annual tradition of providing holiday dinners to community members in need.

The meals were distributed from 1 to 4 p.m. — or until supplies ran out — from Marley’s food truck parked outside the restaurant at 169 Main St. Families were able to reserve meals in advance but were required to pick them up during the designated hours.

Each Thanksgiving dinner included turkey, mashed potatoes, vegetables, stuffing, gravy, cranberry relish and dessert. Families could receive up to four meals.

Marley’s has hosted the meal giveaway for several years as part of its efforts to support local families and individuals who may be struggling during Thanksgiving.
