Car veers off Route 31, hits guardrail in Hunterdon County, state police say

GLEN GARDNER BOROUGH, N.J. (Hunterdon County) — New Jersey State Police troopers responded to a single-vehicle crash Monday at 5:33 p.m. on Route 31 north at milepost 36.7 in Glen Gardner Borough, according to state police spokesman Sgt. First Class Charles Marchan.

A passenger car traveling north on Route 31 lost directional control, ran off the roadway and struck a guardrail, Marchan said.

Non-life-threatening injuries were reported at the scene. The crash remains under investigation, and no additional information was available.
