Lane closure scheduled on I-80 toll bridge at Delaware Water Gap

WARREN COUNTY, N.J. — Westbound traffic on the Interstate 80 toll bridge at the Delaware Water Gap will be reduced to a single lane Monday for planned work, officials said.

Pennsylvania-bound traffic will be limited to one of two lanes from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. as engineering consultants conduct measurements and other activities related to the design of a future all-electronic tolling system.

Motorists traveling westbound are urged to reduce speeds, use caution and allow extra travel time, as minor delays are possible.

The lane closure is scheduled during off-peak daytime hours and is subject to change due to weather, emergencies or other factors, officials said.
