Commercial roller, trailer destroyed in fire outside Warren County Weis store
MANSFIELD TOWNSHIP, N.J. (Warren County) — Firefighters extinguished a vehicle fire involving a commercial roller and trailer Friday morning in the parking lot of the Weis Markets in Mansfield Township.
The Mansfield Township Fire Company said crews were dispatched at approximately 10:45 a.m. along with the Tri-County Volunteer Fire Company and Independence First Aid Squad for a reported vehicle fire with explosions.
Assistant Chief 28 established command upon arrival and found a trailer and commercial roller heavily involved in flames.
Firefighters stretched a hose line to begin fire suppression, with additional crews assisting in extinguishing the fire and conducting overhaul operations.
Emergency crews remained on scene for more than an hour before returning to service.
The cause of the fire was not immediately released.
