MILFORD BOROUGH, N.J. (Hunterdon County) — A roughly 30-acre farm and two adjoining residential properties in Milford totaling about 40 acres are scheduled to be sold individually at auction in October, according to Max Spann Real Estate & Auction Co.
The properties at 56, 58 and 60 Pond Lane include three separate residences. By offering the properties individually, bidders will have the option of purchasing one or assembling multiple parcels for a larger estate or family compound.
The centerpiece of the auction is the approximately 30-acre, non-preserved Saam Farm at 60 Pond Lane. The property includes a three-bedroom country ranch home, barns, storage buildings, rolling farmland, woodlands, a creek and a small pond.
The adjoining property at 58 Pond Lane consists of approximately 4.37 acres with a tenant-occupied single-family home. The property at 56 Pond Lane encompasses approximately 5.08 acres and includes a tenant-occupied home, barns and outbuildings.

The live auction, with simulcast internet bidding available, is scheduled for 11 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 28, at the Hampton Inn, 16 Frontage Road in Clinton.
