HARDYSTON TOWNSHIP, N.J. (Sussex County) — The Sussex County YMCA is closed until further notice after its facility sustained significant roof damage during Friday night’s storm, the organization announced Saturday morning.
The YMCA said the branch, located at 15 Wits End Road in Hardyston Township, was closed out of an abundance of caution for the safety of members and staff.
A roofing company has been dispatched to the facility, and the YMCA said its team is assessing the full extent of the damage.
The organization said updates on the facility will be provided through social media, email and its website.
