CLINTON TOWNSHIP, N.J. (Hunterdon County) — Brian Dickson has been promoted to sergeant with the Clinton Township Police Department.
The Police Department announced the promotion, saying Dickson earned the new role through his dedication to the department and the community it serves.
Police said the promotion comes as Clinton Township continues to grow and change, with increasing call volume and a growing need for effective supervision.
The department said strong leadership and increased supervision are important to keeping the community safe and maintaining a high level of police service.
Police said they are confident Dickson’s leadership will be an asset to both the department’s officers and the community.
The department congratulated Dickson on his promotion and wished him continued success in his new role.
