Doherty-owned Applebee’s restaurants to offer free meals to veterans, active-duty military on Veterans Day
NEW JERSEY — Doherty-owned Applebee’s restaurants will honor U.S. military veterans and active-duty service members by offering free meals on Veterans Day, Wednesday, Nov. 11.
The annual Veterans Day promotion invites all U.S. veterans and active-duty military personnel to visit participating Applebee’s restaurants and receive a complimentary meal in recognition of their service.
This year’s campaign, themed “We’re Honored You’re Here,” continues Applebee’s tradition of recognizing those who have served in the U.S. Armed Forces.
According to Applebee’s, more than 12.7 million free meals have been served to veterans and military personnel through the company’s Veterans Day initiative over the years.
The 2026 celebration also marks 19 years of Applebee’s providing free meals to veterans as part of its annual recognition of military service.
