Aerial mosquito treatment scheduled Wednesday in three Warren County municipalities

WARREN COUNTY, N.J. — Aerial mosquito larvicide treatment is scheduled for Wednesday evening in portions of Allamuchy, Independence and Frelinghuysen townships, according to the Warren County Mosquito Control Commission.

The treatment is scheduled from 7 to 11:59 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 16. The alternate date is Thursday, Sept. 17, during the same hours.

Areas scheduled for treatment include:

  • Allamuchy Township: Old Farm Drive, Freeborn Lane, Alphano Road, Bald Eagle Road, Sparrow Hawk Road, Meadowlark Road, Youngs Island Road, Kestrel Lane and Shades of Death Road.
  • Independence Township: Alphano Road, Youngs Island Road, Gun Club Lane and Post Lane.
  • Frelinghuysen Township: South Street.
