Alternating single-lane travel restrictions at New Hope-Lambertville bridge, weekdays 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

LAMBERTVILLE, NJ (Hunterdon County) – Alternating single-lane travel restrictions are in effect on the New Hope-Lambertville Toll-Supported Bridge from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on weekdays until further notice, according to the Delaware River Joint Toll Bridge Commission.

The travel restriction is temporary, allowing work crews to remove the construction platform beneath the bridge’s road deck and other tasks related to the soon-to-be-completed rehabilitation project at the bridge, the commission said.

Motorists are urged to reduce speeds and stop for flaggers posted on the bridge deck. Traffic backups and delays are possible, the commission said.
