Amwell Valley Ambulance Corps named finalist in 2025 Defender Service Awards

RINGOES, N.J. (Hunterdon County)Amwell Valley Ambulance Corps has been named a finalist in the Search, Rescue & Emergency Support Services category of the fifth annual Defender Service Awards, presented by Chase.

DEFENDER, the British adventure brand, announced this year’s 25 finalists across five award categories honoring nonprofit and charitable organizations in the U.S. and Canada that demonstrate service, humanitarian action, and community impact.

The Amwell Valley Ambulance Corps, founded in 1957, is an all-volunteer, donor-funded emergency medical services organization providing free pre-hospital care to residents and visitors of East Amwell Township and surrounding communities.

“Our expertise in finding these underutilized and outdated properties with exceptional regional access has continued to deliver successful projects and returns for our investors,” said Todd Minerley, Senior Vice President, Investments for Marcus Partners. “Whether it is Class A logistics space or new multifamily properties, unlocking the value in these metrocentric sites is proving our strategy continues to be sound and dynamic in multiple markets.”

Public voting for the category winners will run Oct. 3–19 on the Defender Service Awards website. Once voting begins, a “Vote Now” button will appear at the top of the page.

Each winning organization will receive a customized Defender 130 vehicle and a $30,000 award to help advance their mission. Winners will be announced Nov. 15 during a celebration at Destination Defender, a three-day festival in Temecula, Calif.
