Centenary University to host Small Business Summit on Sept. 15

HACKETTSTOWN, N.J. (Warren County) — The Centenary Institute of Entrepreneurship and the Hackettstown Business Improvement District will host the second Small Business Summit next month, bringing together entrepreneurs, vendors and business leaders for a full day of workshops and networking.

The event is scheduled for Monday, Sept. 15, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Centenary University’s Lackland Center, 715 Grand Ave., with registration opening at 8 a.m.

Organizers said the summit will feature expert panel discussions, skill-building workshops and opportunities to connect with vendors and other small business owners. Sessions will cover topics including customer relations, digital marketing with AI, Canva for beginners, HR solutions, networking strategies, exit planning and starting a nonprofit.

“This summit is designed to empower small businesses with the tools, resources and connections they need to grow stronger together,” organizers said.
