Congressman Kean issues statement on court ruling regarding congestion pricing

NEW JERSEY – Congressman Tom Kean, Jr. (NJ-07) issued the following statement on Saturday in response to the federal judge’s ruling allowing congestion pricing to move forward:

“Friday night’s federal court ruling permitting Congestion Pricing to proceed is both disappointing and unacceptable. This decision paves the way for a fundamentally flawed and inequitable program that will disproportionately impact New Jersey residents. The additional burden on families already facing some of the highest taxes in the nation, compounded by rising inflation, is neither fair nor acceptable. I stand with my constituents, who are rightfully angered by this decision.”
