County College of Morris launches accelerated online business degree program
RANDOLPH TOWNSHIP, N.J. (Morris County) — County College of Morris has launched a new accelerated online degree program designed to help working adults earn an associate degree in business administration in as little as 18 months.
The program, called CCM Accelerate, will begin in Fall 2026 and offers a fully online, flexible format aimed at students balancing work, family and career advancement, according to the college.
Students enrolled in the program will take seven-week online courses while attending part-time and progressing at an accelerated pace toward an Associate of Science degree in Business Administration.
The program also offers opportunities for students to earn certificates in entrepreneurship, information security and social media while completing their degree coursework.
“CCM Accelerate is about removing barriers,” said Patrick Enright, Senior Vice President of Academic Affairs, Workforce Development, and Student Success. “We understand that many adults want to quickly finish their degree but need flexibility and support. Students in the program receive one-on-one guidance from dedicated advisors throughout their academic journey.”
College officials said students will continue to have access to tutoring, career services, counseling and wellness resources, as well as campus facilities including the library and fitness center.
According to CCM, the 60-credit curriculum includes coursework in accounting, economics, English, information systems, management, marketing and mathematics.
The college said credits earned through the program are transferable to four-year institutions for students wishing to continue their education.
CCM noted that the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics projects employment in business and financial occupations to grow faster than average through 2034.
The college also cited Payscale data indicating the average starting salary for individuals with an Associate of Science degree in Business Administration is approximately $62,000 annually.
County College of Morris said it may expand CCM Accelerate to additional degree programs in the future based on student interest and demand.
