Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area opens 2 visitor centers for summer season
DELAWARE WATER GAP NATIONAL RECREATION AREA — Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area is welcoming summer visitors with two seasonal visitor centers offering trip-planning assistance, maps, educational activities and park information.
The National Park Service announced the Bushkill Meeting Center and Kittatinny Point Visitor Center are now open for the summer season.
The Bushkill Meeting Center will operate daily from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., while the Kittatinny Point Visitor Center will be open Friday through Monday from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Visitors can obtain maps, trip-planning information, Junior Ranger activities and access bookstores at both locations. Officials noted bookstore purchases are credit card only.

Park officials also announced that park passes and America the Beautiful passes will be available online, by mail or in person at Smithfield Beach on weekends throughout the summer.
