Dog trapped in ductwork in Sussex County rescued, state police say
GREEN TOWNSHIP, NJ (Sussex County) – A dog trapped in ductwork in Green Township was rescued Friday evening, according to New Jersey State Police spokesperson Sergeant Jeffrey Lebron.
On January 10, at 7:24 p.m., state police responded to a report of a dog trapped in the ductwork at a residence on Hedden Road, Lebron said.
Upon arrival, troopers discovered that the small dog had fallen through a heating vent.
The dog was safely removed from the vent without injury, Lebron added.
