CHESTER TOWNSHIP, N.J. (Morris County) — Emergency repairs to the Pottersville Road bridge over a tributary of the Black River will begin Wednesday, March 11, in Chester Township, according to Morris County officials.

The work is needed to address damage to a section of the bridge’s stone masonry parapet.
