HACKETTSTOWN, NJ (Warren County) — Colonel Patrick J. Callahan, Superintendent of the New Jersey State Police (NJSP), recently visited Centenary University to speak with criminal justice students about the mission of the State Police and the impact of a career in law enforcement.

During his presentation, Colonel Callahan was joined by four current New Jersey State Troopers, each of whom was inspired to pursue a career with the NJSP after hearing the Colonel speak in one of their criminal justice classes at Centenary University.
This partnership with Centenary University has sparked a pathway for students to explore careers dedicated to service, integrity, and leadership.
“Thank you, Centenary, for fostering this incredible connection and helping develop the next generation of New Jersey State Troopers,” state police said.
