Hackettstown BID kicks off ‘Adopt a Planter or Hanging Flower Pot’ program to brighten downtown

HACKETTSTOWN, NJ (Warren County) — The Hackettstown Business Improvement District (BID) is calling on residents, businesses, and community groups to take part in its spring beautification effort through the “Adopt a Planter or Hanging Flower Pot” program.

Participants can sponsor a decorative planter or hanging flower pot to be displayed throughout the downtown area. The initiative not only enhances the charm of Hackettstown’s streets but also provides an opportunity to honor a loved one, support a cause, or promote a business.

For a $40 donation, participants can sponsor a sidewalk planter, which will include a custom sign inside the display. For $50, a hanging flower pot will be paired with an ornamental sign mounted on nearby light posts with the sponsor’s name, business, or tribute.

“These beautiful additions will line our town starting in May and stay up until the fall, bringing a fresh burst of color and community spirit,” BID officials said.

Availability is limited, and community members are encouraged to respond quickly. To participate, complete the order form and submit payment either online or by check made payable to:
